Costco Food Court in Canada: Calories, Prices and Hours People Keep Searching For
Published 12 July 2026 · by Akash Bhati
Costco's food court menu runs from a $0.39 gravy side to $19.99 for 30 wings, with calories from 45 to about 4,020 — and prices are uniform across Canada, as of our latest data.
Google Trends data for Canada shows what Costco food court visitors actually want to know: alongside the menu itself, the top related searches are calories, hours, and prices. Here is all three in one place, from the menu data we track.
The calorie picture, item by item
The food court's famous value comes with big numbers attached. The $1.55 Polish sausage combo carries about 640 calories — and that's before the refill. A slice of pepperoni pizza is 670 calories, which means one slice is a third of a typical adult's day. The real outlier is poutine: at $2.79 it looks like a cheap side, but at roughly 1,890 calories it out-eats everything else on the menu short of a whole pizza.
- Best calories-per-dollar sanity check: the Turkey & Provolone sandwich — about 500 calories for $5.99 — is the lightest full meal on the board.
- The trap: Chicken Wings (30 pieces) at $19.99 is around 3,000 calories; it's a party order, not a lunch.
- An 18-inch whole pepperoni pizza is about 4,020 calories across 6 slices — roughly 670 per slice, identical to buying by the slice, so the whole pie at $12.99 is purely a price win, not a calorie one.
Why prices barely need checking
Costco is the exception in Canadian fast food: food court prices are set corporately and are famously uniform from Victoria to St. John's. What changes your bill is provincial tax on prepared food, not the menu price. That's also why the food court has no delivery-app markup — there's no delivery at all, and most warehouses ask for a membership card at the counter.
Hours follow the warehouse
The food court doesn't keep its own schedule — it opens and closes with the warehouse, typically 9:00–10:00 AM to 8:30 PM on weekdays with earlier closes on weekends. Statutory holidays follow warehouse closures.
