The Classic Treats section is where the cheap sizes live. A DQ Cone runs $3.19 for Kids, $3.79 Small, $4.39 Medium, $4.99 Large — a Large cone costs the same as a Mini Blizzard. Dipping it in chocolate or Confetti Cake adds 30 to 40 cents per size. Sundaes are $4.39, $4.99 and $5.49 across small, medium and large. Below all of it sits the DQ Sandwich at $2.99 and the Dilly Bar at $3.19.

The food side, and where the combo money goes

Burgers are built by patty count rather than by size. An Original Cheeseburger Signature Stackburger is $5.69 single, $6.49 double, $7.59 triple; the loaded Backyard Bacon Ranch runs $8.89, $9.69 and $10.89 for the same three builds. Turning any of them into a Combo adds roughly $4.50 — the Original Cheeseburger Combo is $10.19 single against $5.69 for the sandwich alone.

The two Meal Deal items are the value play in that half of the menu: a Cheeseburger Meal Deal at $8.00 and a 3-Pc. Chicken Strip Meal Deal at $9.00, both landing in round numbers where nothing else does. And the whole thing stretches a long way at the top — DQ Cakes run $32.99 to $42.99, which is why the menu's maximum price is nearly five times its $8.23 average.

Dairy Queen Canada is a franchise system, so the board you see in a small-town location and the one in a downtown mall food court are set by different owners.
