Pizza 73 does not really have a pizza list. It has the same 24 pizza recipes printed six times over — three sizes, two deal formats — which accounts for 144 of the 255 rows on this Western Canadian menu and explains why the same pizza can appear at $11.99 and at $37.99 without contradiction.

The two formats are labelled Solo Deal and Everyday Deal, and both run Small, Medium and Large. Solo Deal Small starts at $11.99 for the Not-So-Basic Cheese and tops out at $14.99 for the Tandoori Paneer, Donair, Grand Slam and the rest of the premium recipes. The same 24 names on Everyday Deal Small run $18.99 to $21.99. Step up the size and both ladders move together: Solo Medium is $14.99–$17.99 against Everyday Medium at $25.79–$31.49, and Solo Large is $19.99–$22.99 against Everyday Large at $31.49–$37.99.

Underneath that, recipes sort into four price bands per size. On Solo Small, cheese sits alone at $11.99, two-topper and Ultimate Pepperoni at $12.99, a mid group at $13.99, and everything paneer, donair, shawarma, tandoori or Sicilian at $14.99. That $3 spread is the entire difference between the plainest and the most loaded pizza in the section.

A section literally named after a price

Pizza 73 publishes an "Under CAN$ 10" section — nine items, and it is the honest answer to what a cheap order looks like here. Not on a pizza. The highest figures on the menu are wings: 40 Boneless or 40 Gluten-Free Boneless at $51.49, with 40 bone-in at $43.99. Mega Meal – Large is $48.99 and Triple Threat – Large $45.99, so three large three-topper pizzas cost less than forty boneless wings.

Build-it-yourself is cheaper than any deal: Create Your Own runs $8.99 at 9″, $10.99 at 12″ and $13.99 at 14″. The eight Gourmet Thins are all $13.99 at 10″. Alternate Crusts — Cauliflower and Keto — sit between $17.99 and $19.99, and the smallest thing on the menu is a $1.25 Dipping Sauce.

Pizza 73 trades in Alberta and Saskatchewan, so its prices reflect a narrower regional market than a national chain — but individual stores still adjust, and pickup and delivery menus are not always the same board.
