Freshii Menu With Prices in Canada

Freshii sells the same handful of ingredients five different ways, and the wrapper you choose is what you are really paying for. A Custom Burrito is $8.48, a Custom Wrap $8.49, a Custom Salad and Custom Bowl $9.49 each, and a Custom Roll $11.29 — a $2.81 spread across what is otherwise the same build-your-own idea.

That logic runs right through the signature recipes too. Take Sesame Crunch: $7.99 as a wrap, $8.99 as a salad, $9.29 as a handheld. Kale Caesar is $9.49 as a wrap and $10.49 as a salad. Fiesta is $9.99 as a wrap and $10.99 as a salad. In almost every case the wrap is the cheapest form of a given recipe and the salad or bowl the dearest — a $1.00 step, consistently.

Where each format tops out

Burritos are the value section, ten items running $7.99 to $9.99. Chipotle Cheddar and Spicy Buffalo are the floor at $7.99; Oaxaca and Bamboo are the ceiling at $9.99. Nothing in the section reaches $10.

Bowls is the biggest food section at 12 items and sits a band higher, $8.99 to $10.99, with Chicken Tikka and Mezze Delight at $10.79 and Oaxaca and Bamboo again at the top with $10.99. Salads run $8.99 to $11.99, the Berrii Crunchii being the most expensive salad. Handhelds are the priciest format outright — $9.29 for Sesame Crunch up to $12.99 for the Texas Smokehouse with Steak, which is the most expensive plate of food on the menu.

The drinks and cleanses are a separate business

Smoothies are priced by size, and the step is $2.00 across the board: Tropical Mango, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Freshii Green and Strawberrii Banana are $5.99 at 12 oz and $7.99 at 24 oz, with Mixed Berrii $0.30 dearer at both sizes.

Soups come in two sizes at flat prices — $7.49 for a 16 oz and $9.99 for a 32 oz, the same whether you take Spicy Lemongrass or Creamy Tomato. That $2.50 step is the largest size jump on the menu outside the cleanses.

The cleanses are what push Freshii's top-end figure to $169.99, and they are not really menu items in the ordinary sense: $39.99 for one day, $99.99 for three, $169.99 for five. Cold-pressed juices sold singly are $6.99 and the two elixirs $3.69.

Under $5, and the kids' list

26 items come in under $5, and none of them is a meal. Cans of Coke, Diet Coke and Ginger Ale are $1.79 — the joint-cheapest listings alongside the three Miss Vickies chip bags. Bottled versions of the same drinks are $2.69, Dasani water $2.29, and the vitamin waters and Perrier $2.99. Energii Bites in cocoa, pumpkin spice and peanut butter are $2.99 a pack; Chia Pudding is $5.49.

The Kids section is four items and the cheapest way to eat here: a Cheesy Chicken Pocket at $4.99, and the Super Kids Salad, Kids Power Bowl and Kids Caesar Wrap at $5.99 each.

Do prices vary across Canada?

Freshii stores are franchised and many sit inside office towers, hospitals, universities, gyms and airports, where the rent behind the same bowl varies enormously — captive-audience locations commonly price above street-front ones. Ingredient availability also differs by store, so not every recipe listed here is offered everywhere. Figures exclude GST, HST and PST, which depend on the province and, for some prepared-food thresholds, on what you order.
