White Spot Menu With Prices In Canada

White Spot prints the calorie count inside the item name rather than in a footnote, so the menu reads "Cheesy Bacon Perogies (560 Cals)" and "Baby Back Ribs – Full Rack (1950 Cals)". Across 158 items and 19 sections, that habit turns the list itself into the nutrition panel.

You see it most clearly on the plates aimed at children. Every dish in the Pirate Pak section carries its own figure — Pirate Pak Hamburger (430 Cals) at $10.99, Pirate Pak Dippin' Chicken (530 Cals) at $10.99, Pirate Pak Macaroni & Cheese (380 Cals) and Pirate Pasta (420 Cals) at $9.99, Pirate Pak Fish (400 Cals) at $9.99. The separate Pirate Breakfast section holds three more at a flat $9.99: Pirate Pak Berry Waffle (420 Cals), The Hook (350 Cals) and Pancakes for Pirates (510 Cals). Nine kids' dishes, nine published numbers, and a $1.00 spread between the cheapest and the dearest.

Where a dish comes in variations, the figure is given as a range and then repeated on every version. All four Spot's House Salads are labelled (80-230 Cals) and all four Classic Caesars (180-480 Cals); what changes is the protein and the price. Chargrilled or buttermilk chicken is $18.99, garlic prawns $19.99, Pacific Northwest steelhead $23.99. The same three-step applies in Pastas & Bowls, where the Spinach & Mushroom Fettuccine Alfredo is $23.49 with chicken, $24.49 with prawns and $27.99 with steelhead — all of them at 1420 calories.

The gluten-friendly line is a flat $2.00

Six pasta dishes appear twice, once standard and once gluten-friendly, and the second version is always exactly $2.00 more. Creamy Spaghetti Bolognese is $22.49 and the Gluten-friendly Penne Bolognese is $24.49. Charred Tomato & Garlic Prawn Spaghetti is $22.99 and $24.99. Each of the three Spinach & Mushroom Alfredos moves the same way — $23.49 to $25.49, $27.99 to $29.99, $24.49 to $26.49.

Happy Hour is the same food at a different number

The 18-item Happy Hour section is not a separate kitchen. Ten of its dishes appear in Snack & Share at full price, and the discount is deep and uneven. Poutine drops from $11.49 to $8.00, Onion Rings from $10.99 to $8.00 and Crispy Brussels Sprouts from $11.49 to $8.00. The Spot's Zoo Sticks go $14.49 to $10.00 and Cheesy Bacon Perogies $12.49 to $10.00. Nat's Dry Ribs, Crispy Coconut Prawns and Gochujang Lettuce Wraps all land on $12.00; Chicken Wings and the Southwest Chicken Quesadilla both land on $15.00.

The remaining eight Happy Hour lines are drinks, and they run alongside a Daily Drink Deals section that names a different offer for each day of the week — $1.00 for Nat's On Tap on Tapped Tuesday is the single cheapest price anywhere on this menu, and $10.00 wine bottles on Wine Wednesday the largest absolute saving.

The top of the list

The three items in The Spot's Pak section are built for a table rather than a person, and they are the only things here priced in double digits twice over: Legendary Burgers for four at $63.99, for six at $88.99, and Crispy Haddock at $92.99 — the most expensive line on the menu by a wide margin. Below them the ceiling for one diner is the $33.99 9 oz New York Steak and the $32.99 full rack of ribs. All five desserts are $8.49.

Do prices vary across Canada?

White Spot is a British Columbia chain and the menu here reflects that market first. Prices at Vancouver waterfront and airport rooms sit above suburban and Interior locations, and licensed items carry provincial liquor mark-ups that differ from food. Everything quoted is pre-tax. Happy Hour and Daily Drink Deals pricing is also time-limited by definition — the figures show what the offer is worth relative to the full-price line, not what you will be charged at any hour.

White Spot — frequently asked questions

Why do White Spot menu items have numbers in brackets after the name?
They are calorie counts, printed inside the item name instead of in a separate column — for example Chicken Wings (600 Cals) at $17.49. Dishes that come in several versions show a range, such as The Spot's House Salad (80-230 Cals).
How much is a Pirate Pak?
$9.99 or $10.99, depending on the dish. The Pirate Pak Hamburger, Stripes and Dippin' Chicken are $10.99; Pirate Pasta, Pirate Pak Fish and Pirate Pak Macaroni & Cheese are $9.99. The three Pirate Breakfast plates are all $9.99.

What does the gluten-friendly version of a White Spot pasta cost?
Exactly $2.00 more than the standard version, on all six pastas that offer it. Charred Tomato & Garlic Prawn Spaghetti is $22.99 and $24.99; the Spinach & Mushroom Alfredo with steelhead is $27.99 and $29.99.
